hundreds of free parking. Water, showers, toilets all very close. Insane Water views of the ocean. Perfect for surfing. Council allows long term stays. lots of trees for shade and privacy. Mostly flat. Can be a little noisey, but good location.
This is a carpark, not a campground.
Council allows rough sleepers as long as the neighbours arent complaining.
