Stockton Beach Anna Bay 4x4 Entrance
Description
All vehicles entering the Worimi Conservation Lands must be registered and display a valid Worimi Conservation Lands beach vehicle permit. The Worimi Conservation Lands (WCL) is considered a road related area and road rules apply under Road Transport (General) Act 2005.
The Worimi Conservation Lands are located in the Port Stephens area of Anna Bay, north of Newcastle. Vehicle access is available for 4WDs.
There are two entrances to the WCL:
- via Lavis Lane at Williamtown
- via Gan Gan Road at Anna Bay
This is the Anna Bay Access point. Conditionally registered recreational vehicles such as quads/motorbikes, are not permitted to use this access. This is the only access where dogs are permitted to enter the park in vehicles.
Four wheel driving is a very popular activity, and the entrances can get busy during the holidays.
Permits are available online from the Worimi Conervation Lands website.
Fines will apply for vehicles without permits.
No camping or overnight parking.
