Description

Just 30 minutes to Agnes Waters, close to the main road guests can pitch a tent or park your camper/caravan among the native gums, wattles and grass trees in one of two large drive through sites.  This is a bare 40acre bush block, which I have selectively cleared for a driveway and a couple of spots for lucky people like you to come and camp.  There are no facilities here, so you will need to be fully self sufficient in regards to toilet, water and power.  There is a slight slope, so if you have a van, it will need levelling.  Camp fires welcome and plenty of undergrowth nearby to forage for wood.   Pets are welcome but must remain on the leash at all times, as I also have two dogs who can be protective. Please inform me ahead at the time of booking if you are bringing pets. This is a paid campground, $10 per night, per camp-site (one car and trailer, one campervan, or one car and tent). Additional vehicles will incur extra costs. Tans_acres is a work in progress. I moved here nearly 6 years ago with grand plans of a permaculture based set up. Growing food, raising animals and living off grid. I built (with lots of help..) a little house to live in and huge shed over the last 6 years, as well as working full time to pay for it all.
