Yarraman features two pubs, a bottle shop, cafes, op shops, a bakery, IGA, post office, library, and so much more. Surrounding Yarraman, you will find wineries, the Bunya Mountains, water holes, and amazing drives to Blackbutt, Nanango, Cooyar, and Crows Nest. The start of the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail is located right across the road at the historical location of the old Yarraman Station Park. Enjoy the old fuel depots, the BOMB (train), Weir Park, local wildlife, and pure tranquility. Wake up to the singing of kookaburras and other Australian native birds—and keep an eye out for kangaroos if you’re up early! Turn right at the gates to enjoy a walk to Weir Park, which is only 400 metres away. Turn left at the gates to head to the secret water hole with fresh water running from Cooyar Creek and the Brisbane River. Take your pick of bike riding, hiking, trail riding, or even just a brisk walk to the weir. You can also simply sit back and unwind while enjoying the comforts of powered sites. Water connections and a septic system for emptying your waste are also available. We are located only 1.2 kilometres from the main street—a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive into town. Yarraman is a 2.5-hour drive inland from the Brisbane CBD and Brisbane Airport. It is 2 hours to the Sunshine Coast, 1.5 hours to Toowoomba, under 2 hours to Gympie, and under 3 hours to Hervey Bay.
