Welcome to the Island home of Straddie Brewing Co. A three-storey brewhouse and taproom, situated just minutes from the water, in the beautiful township of Dunwich / Gumpi. The gateway to North Stradbroke Island / Minjerribah. The sand-filtered water that flows from Straddie’s aquifer is perfect for brewing and is an important part of the soul of Straddie beer. We’re devoted to making fresh beer, full of flavour, inspired by place and island time. Join us for a behind-the-tanks tour of our Island brewery where you will learn about the brewing process, the unique flavour profiles of our beers, and see where the magic happens. The tour continues upstairs in the Taproom where you will enjoy a tasting paddle of 4 of our Core Range beers, while listening to the stories that inspired our beers and our journey. Brewery fresh beer, Island fresh food, brewery tours and ocean views. Cheers to that! Our brewery tours run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 3:00pm. An additional tour also runs on Saturdays at 10.45am . Bookings are essential. • 45 minutes with tasting paddle – $49.00 per person.
