We moved into Farm stay camping in 2013, when Pete built a kitchen, bathroom and toilet onto the Shearing Shed. This has been a great success, and we have enjoyed entertaining overseas and interstate visitors as well as guests from Adelaide and other parts of the State. The Combustion heater in the shed is a great drawcard on wet nights, otherwise bonfires are popular. Pete has built a camp kitchen on the outside of the shed, and more recently he and Jake have floored a small shed which is handy for weather protection. We have 6 powered sites, and some unpowered camp sites nearby. We also allow bush camping at several attractive spots in the hills. Various functions have been held in the Shearing shed, including weddings. The atmosphere is wonderful for those who love the rustic charm of a very old Shearing shed. TARIFF Powered sites $35 a night Unpowered sites $25 a night Tariff includes use of facilities in the Shearing Shed, and bonfire wood. There will be a small additional charge for wood used for the combustion stove inside the shed.
