Located within Tasmania’s Central Highlands, Lawrenny is more than a distillery; it’s a living, working estate. Here, the whisky journey begins in the barley fields and ends in the glass, every step influenced by the estate. Set on 400 acres, beside the freshwater Upper River Derwent, Lawrenny grows its own grain, draws water metres from the distillery doors and matures spirit on site in the fresh Highlands air. With over two centuries of agricultural heritage and a small, dedicated team, Lawrenny offers a rare chance to experience the production of our paddock to bottle single malt whisky.
