The Bass Strait Maritime Museum is Devonport's own local history and maritime museum. A key focus of the collection is to contribute to the interpretation and preservation of the history and maritime heritage of the Devonport region and its connection with the Bass Strait. There are permanent and temporary exhibition spaces, a cafe, and a simulator experience where you can navigate a steamship in and out of the port of Devonport! Open daily but see website for public holiday closures. 10am-3pm $12 Adults, $10 Concessions, $8 Student, $5 Children (4-12 years old). $25 family ticket.
