Description
The Lobster Ponds is a tourist and educational destination providing information about the endangered and threatened freshwater lobster, listed as the largest in the world.
You offer a self guided tour or guided (depending on volunteers)of the ponds which is set in amongst a natural bush setting.
Enjoy a coffee from our cafe, serving light refreshments overlooking the beautiful Flowerdale hills and valleys.
OPEN SATURDAY And SUNDAY TEMPORARILY 10 am- 3 pm EXCEPT
over winter June- August when we open SATURDAY and SUNDAY ONLY
Usually closed between Christmas and New Year depending on availability of volunteers, check the FB page
