The park is set in a quiet spot, back from the noise and bustle of the highway amongst the beautiful treed sand dunes of Blairgowrie, just a short walk from the safe bathing beaches of Port Phillip Bay or a short drive to the exhilarating surf beaches of Bass Strait including the famous Gunnamatta Beach. With beautiful, well maintained and landscaped sites throughout the park you can spend the day relaxing or explore the nearby attractions of Mornington Peninsula National Park, Cape Schanck and the Light Station, or play a round of golf at one of the many top class golf courses in the area. There is also shopping or just sitting at one of the many cafés to unwind while you watch the world go by in the neighbouring suburbs of Portsea or Sorrento.
