Langley Estate High Tea
Description
You’ll enjoy a delectable Traditional High Tea served with an elegant selection of sandwiches, savoury treats, scones with jam and chantilly cream, and delightful sweet treats together with tea, coffee or champagne.
Before the High Tea service begins, you’ll be treated to a special performance by Thomas Heywood - ‘without argument one of the world's best concert organists’ - on the magnificent 1875 pipe organ in the historic 1873 Lauriston Chapel.
After the Traditional High Tea, you’ll be guided around an amazing tour of the Langley Estate mansion and gardens (the walls can't talk - but your tour guide Thomas Heywood will make up for that!) before leaving an afternoon of unforgettable experiences in timeless spaces.
Given the historic nature of Langley Hall and the surrounding estate, together with the large staircases and uneven surfaces, there is limited disabled access.
This is an adults-only occasion and we are able to cater for vegetarians and those with gluten-free requirements.
Numbers are limited and bookings are essential.
Duration 2 1/2 hours: 2.30 pm arrival – 5 pm conclusion.
Please arrive on time to make the most of this memorable occasion.
