TQ External Refurbishment 2020: The Unit Owner's Corporation will be undertaking a refurbishment program at this property from August 2020, with an estimated completion date of the end of December 2020, weather permitting. Works include, but are not limited to: External painting and rendering, internal painting (including walls, ceilings, doors & stairwells), line marking in basement car park, pathways & drive-way repairs. Some access to apartment balconies may also be required. There will be increased activity and scaffolding around the property as trades people carry out these works. General hours of work will be from 7am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, however the use of power tools and machinery will not commence before 9am. Resort staff will keep you informed of any restrictions during your stay. Face masks are mandatory in Regional Victoria until further notice.
