Welcome to McGowan Island
A lovely nature and fishing camp site just 16km north of Kalumburu, Kimberley, WA. Open Mid May to October. Please keep an eye on socials and reviews on wiki for opening dates.
The site is accessible by 4WD. Sites are unpowered and suitable for tents, camper trailers and semi/off-road caravans, large caravans. Facilities include toilets, cold showers, untreated bore water but drinkable and washing machines available at $5 per load. Wifi and landline phone is available at no cost.
Pets are permitted, as long as dogs are kept on a lead at all times within the camp ground and beach area. Please pick up your doggy poo.
$25 per adult per night.
No fishing charters available.
