A TASTE OF OUR COUNTRY. Our famous ‘Bush Tucker Talks and Tastings’ events are a feast for the senses, tastes and spirit! Presented in an intimate small group setting in the culinary heart of Gather Foods Kitchens, our light-hearted, educational talks share the secrets of 60,000 years of ancient Aboriginal knowledge and sustainable practices, as you sample traditional ingredients and indulge in a modern twist experience. The 1.5-hour events culminate with a ‘Chef’s Special’ surprise plus refreshments, using our land’s finest fresh and sustainably sourced seasonal ingredients, prepared for you by Native Food specialist Chef Eddie Bulatao.
