Shoalwater's first brewery, opened May 2026 at 181 Safety Bay Rd (Rockingham area). Nano brewery brewing on site – grassy beer garden, deck seating and an indoor bar looking straight into the brewhouse. Rotating tap list of house beers (usually a lager, mid, pale ale, pilsner, hazy and ginger beer) plus collabs with other WA breweries like Cheeky Monkey, Lucky Bay and Dune. Pints from $12, mids from $8. Small food menu; wine and spritz available with a food purchase (licence condition). Open Thu–Sun 12pm–8pm, closed Mon–Wed. No bookings – walk in.
