Built in 1911, it still houses stunning original led light windows, 4m high ceilings and beautiful woodwork. Recently renovated by the new owners The Palace Hotel Southern Cross is a National Treasure well worth a visit. There is a fully licensed Bar and Restaurant open 7 nights a week with tasty, wholesome homemade food, a bottle-shop for take-away drinks, and a beer garden. All of the 87 rooms have Reverse cycle air-con/heat, Free Wi-fi, flat screen smart TVs and Tea/Coffee making facilities.
